Energy Pía is the chemical technology division of IPP Ltd. We develop, blend and manufacture specialty chemicals for the most demanding challenges in oil production: heavy and extra-heavy crude dehydration, flow assurance, asset integrity, and production water treatment. Product Catalog
Crude oil dehydration through rapid, well-defined flocculation and coalescence. Effective across all emulsion types; easy to handle and disperse. Designed to bring heavy crude within international market dehydration specs.
Long-chain poly-alpha-olefin polymer dispersed in a vegetable-oil carrier. Reduces friction pressure loss and can increase pipeline flow capacity by up to 100% — deferring the capital cost of new lines.
Protection against CO₂, H₂S, organic acids and O₂ corrosion. Scale inhibitors selected case-by-case for each scale type after water analysis.
Downhole chemistry that prevents and removes paraffin and asphaltene deposition in tubing and flowlines, and helps resolve near-wellbore emulsions — promoting upstream water-oil separation.
Sequestering agents designed to minimize environmental impact and protect personnel. Reduce unplanned shutdowns, improve facility integrity, and lower demand for emulsion breakers and water clarifiers.
Control of bacterial growth that accelerates corrosion and generates H₂S. Formulated to address sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) and acid-producing bacteria (APB) in produced water, injection systems, and facilities.
Foam surface-tension modifiers that protect pump capacity and primary separator efficiency, increasing oil yields. Fast-acting, low-dosage formulations for production systems and gas processing facilities.
Coagulants and flocculants for injection water treatment plants (suspended solids removal, improved coalescence and filtration). Reverse breakers that recover hydrocarbon traces from formation water with minimal solid carryover.
